Made from solid Oregon Red Alder and hand-oiled with our 100% pure, food-grade mineral oil. Red Alder is a sustainable hardwood that flourishes in the Pacific Northwest. Alder is re-planted as it is harvested to ensure healthy forests for generations to come. Size: 13 x 11 x 3/4 Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry immediately. Do not immerse the board in water or put it in the dishwasher. Stand the board on the end until completely dry to avoid warping.
