Cancellation policy
We realize life can sometimes happen. Due to credit card fees and the work we put in prior to the event, we are unable to offer refunds should you be unable to attend. We have several options should you be unable to attend: you are welcome to pick up applicable supplies determined by La Mesa to DIY at home, gift your seat to a friend, or we can slide you into a future event of equal value as long as the event is with in 60 days. Public Workshops
No refunds. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule for another event. If you move to other event, it must be of equal cost, or you may pay the difference. We realize that unforeseen things happen, but we also would appreciate the time to offer the seat to others and fill the spot. If you need to cancel or move your reservation you must notify by email 24 hours prior to the event you are scheduled for in order to be eligible move into another class.
*** You have 60 days to transfer your ticket to another workshop.
Due to the time it takes to prepare the class, NO workshop credit is given for last minute cancellations (the day of) or no shows.
About Our Policy
Our workshops required a great deal of pre-planning, including ordering supplies and tools, booking staff, and making commitments to pay our instructions, when applicable. When participates ask to cancel or reschedule at the last minute, we lose money - and as a small business, we are unable to absorb these costs and still keep our classes affordable.
In fairness to all of our customers, we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons, illness, travel or work hours. If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend.
